Fortunately, every Advantis Medical Staffing clinician can now have the best connection possible, the AdvantisConnect free mobile app. You can carry your credentials, licenses, and even your support team in your pocket. Better yet, now you can browse jobs and apply for multiple roles in the time it takes to order and wait for a coffee! The AdvantisConnect app will help you land better travel assignments easier. Once you get started, finding work will never feel like work again.

You told us you want an app that’s easy to navigate, not full of clutter, and focused in every way on organizing and amplifying your career. So, to offer you the most value, the free AdvantisConnect app addresses the priorities that matter most. We’ve streamlined search with easy navigation and useful filters. Hassle-free document management puts everything relevant to your search at your fingertips. And you can contact anyone on your support team from one, centralized location. Also, because each clinician is an individual, we’ve made the app versatile and user-friendly for different types of searchers. We respect your time and aren’t here to waste it. Instead, we want to supercharge your career and empower your success like never before.

Getting Started is Easy

Let’s take a tour. Once you download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, log in from the welcome screen. You’ll find yourself at your career command center – a dashboard we designed for travelers by getting input from travelers. We hope you agree these valuable insights helped us avoid common pitfalls such as including too much, too little, or simply the wrong information. From your dashboard you can scroll through today’s top picks, contact your recruiter, or head straight to another tab.

Your first priority is to visit the My Profile tab and make sure the progress bar is at 100% which unlocks every feature in the app. It’s important to finish every section– our recruiters need all that information to present you for the roles you want. You’ll be guided through each step in the profile process. This includes your contact information, job experience, licenses, education, specialties, skills checklists, references, certifications, and resume. Once a section is complete, you’ll get a notification on your screen. This way you won’t spend the rest of the day wondering whether your profile is up and running or waiting for an action on your part.

Next, we added options to let you conduct your search in the way that suits you best. Launch your career from the Job Board or My Jobs tab. If you’re researching a new specialty or exploring the broad market, select the Job Board tab. Here you can discover featured roles, identify the highest pay, or filter your journey by start date. Whatever your approach, count on transparency in every job posting. All listings have thorough information, so you don’t have to click on every job to see if it’s a match. At a glance you’ll know specialty, location, facility, pay, assignment length, shift, and benefits. It’s a good idea to check the Job Board regularly. You can stay up to date on industry trends and use that knowledge to impact your decisions.

The My Jobs tab is the engine of your career. This is where our AI engines match you with desirable roles based on the information you’ve provided. It’s unique to you and reflects your expressed preferences for where, when, and how you want to work. There’s a subtab to review the status of your applications. In another subtab, you can one-click apply for saved jobs. You can also expand your search by scrolling through your personal matches which are updated daily. Pro tip: if your matches don’t align with your priorities contact your recruiter. Together you might update your profile to better reflect your wants and also discuss strategies to make sure your matches are a fit for your personal happiness and professional goals.

Even in the app, you’re not in this alone. The My Team tab keeps you a click away from contacting your support team. We know you can’t schedule when questions and concerns come up so you can select who you want to reach and how. We’ll answer on the spot or get back to you promptly.
