How do I refer a friend?

What rewards can I earn for referrals?
You’ll earn $1,000 for each qualified RN or Allied Health referral that completes 150 hours in an eligible travel assignment with Advantis. Plus, your referral will receive $250 on their first paycheck. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping grow the Advantis Medical community!
Are there any eligibility requirements for referrals?
Yes. To qualify for the referral bonus, your friend must be and RN or Allied Health Professional and work at least 150 hours in a travel contract with Advantis. Once they meet that requirement, your bonus will be processed automatically.
When will I receive my referral bonus?
Your $1,000 referral bonus will be processed after your friend successfully completes 150 hours in their travel assignment. You'll be notified when your reward is on its way!
Can I refer more than one person?
Absolutely! There’s no limit to how many friends or colleagues you can refer. The more you refer, the more you can earn—so spread the word and start stacking your bonuses!
