Advantis Medical Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. General Eligibility
Who Can Refer: The referral program is open to current travelers, past travelers, and general network contacts.
Internal Staff Exclusion: Advantis Medical internal corporate employees, sourcing, and recruiting staff, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the referral program or claim referral bonuses.
No Self-Referrals or Mutual Referrals: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. If two new candidates apply simultaneously and refer each other, only one referral bonus will be paid, and the bonus will be credited to the individual who initiated the first point of contact.
2. Qualifying Referrals (The Referred Clinician)
New Candidate Definition: A qualified referral must be a new or eligible reactivated RN or Allied Health professional who is not currently on assignment with Advantis, actively working with an Advantis recruiter, already submitted to an Advantis position, already in the onboarding process, or already referred by someone else.
Consent to Contact: By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have permission to share the referred clinician’s contact information with Advantis Medical and that the referred clinician is aware Advantis may contact them about travel opportunities.
3. Submission Rules and Tracking
Tracking Requirement: Referrals must be submitted through the official Advantis referral form before the referred clinician is submitted to an Advantis assignment or begins the hiring/onboarding process. Retroactive referral claims will not be accepted.
“First-in-Time” Rule: In the event a candidate is referred by multiple people, the referral bonus will be credited exclusively to the first person who submitted the referral through the official Advantis Referral form.
Referral Expiration: The referred clinician must accept and start their first assignment within 4 months of the original referral date for the referral bonuses to remain valid.
Internal Tracking Control: Advantis records and internal tracking systems will be used exclusively to determine referral eligibility, referral ownership, payout qualification, and payment timing.
4. Bonus Payout Triggers and Conditions
$25 e-Gift Card Reward: The $25 e-gift card is issued after Advantis verifies a valid referral and the referred clinician’s profile is successfully submitted. Duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, self-referred, unverifiable, or fraudulent submissions are not eligible.
$250 Referred Clinician Bonus: The referred clinician will receive a $250 bonus on their first paycheck after starting an eligible Advantis travel assignment.
$1,000 Referral Bonus: The referring individual will earn the $1,000 referral bonus after the referred clinician successfully completes 150 billable hours on an eligible Advantis travel contract (RN or Allied Health roles only).
5. Legal and Financial Provisions
Payment Timing: Once the referred clinician completes the qualifying hours and all required documentation is received, referral bonuses are processed according to standard Advantis payroll and payment timelines.
Tax Liability and Documentation: Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Advantis may require a valid W-9 or other payment documentation before payment is issued. Referral payments may be reported on the applicable IRS form, including Form 1099 or W-2, depending on the referrer’s relationship with Advantis.
No Guarantee of Employment: Submitting a referral does not guarantee employment. All hiring and placement decisions are at the sole discretion of Advantis Medical.
Right to Withhold or Cancel: Advantis reserves the right to withhold, deny, or recover referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, inaccurate information, or violation of these terms.
Right to Modify Program: Advantis Medical reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the referral program, its terms, and payouts at any time and without prior notice.
