Do I have to be a current Advantis Medical traveler to participate?
No! Current travelers and past Advantis Medical travelers are both welcome to participate in the Traveler Spotlight program. Whether you're on assignment now or sharing memories from a past contract, we’d love to see your experience.
What types of posts are eligible?
We’re looking for authentic travel clinician content that highlights your assignment, travels, facility experience, adventures, or life on the road. Your submission should include:
- A clear photo or video
- You, your location, or your travel experience
- A caption that naturally mentions or tags Advantis Medical
Why was my submission not approved?
The most common reasons submissions are not approved include:
- Blurry or low-quality photos/videos
- Photos that do not feature the traveler, assignment, or location
- Random unrelated photos (pets only, scenery only, memes, etc.)
- Captions that do not mention or tag Advantis Medical
- Incomplete submission information
We want Spotlight posts to feel authentic, high-quality, and connected to your travel experience.
Do I need to tag Advantis Medical in my caption?
Yes. To qualify for incentives, your caption must naturally mention or tag Advantis Medical. This helps us share and celebrate your experience with the larger travel clinician community.
How many rewards can I earn?
Yes! Advantis Medical may select standout Spotlight submissions for additional rewards, featured content opportunities, social media highlights, testimonials, or future campaigns.

What happens after I submit my Spotlight?
Our team reviews all submissions to ensure they meet program guidelines. Approved submissions will receive their e-gift card within 48 hours and may be featured across Advantis Medical marketing channels.
What is the photo and media release?
By submitting your Traveler Spotlight, you agree to allow Advantis Medical to use your submitted photos, videos, captions, likeness, and related content across our marketing channels, including:
- Social media
- Website content
- Digital advertising
- Email marketing
- Promotional materials
This helps us celebrate and share real traveler experiences with the broader healthcare community.
Can I submit more than once?
Absolutely. We encourage travelers to continue sharing new assignments, locations, and experiences throughout their travel journey.
