Havasu Regional Medical Center — Lake Havasu City, AZ
Havasu Regional is the main hospital for Arizona's western Colorado River corner — a 171-bed community and regional referral center in Lake Havasu City, where RNs carry a broad medical-surgical, emergency, cardiac, and surgical load far from the nearest larger facility.
- A Level III trauma center verified by both the State of Arizona and the American College of Surgeons, with an on-site helipad and an Advanced Life Support base — the most severe cases are stabilized and flown to Phoenix or Las Vegas, so ED and ICU nurses stabilize trauma, cardiac, and critical patients before transfer when needed. - An Arizona Perinatal Trust–certified labor-and-delivery program, plus oncology, wound care, and a skilled-nursing unit for broad generalist exposure.
