The largest website and Job Center launch in Advantis history lets clinicians search in their own words, see a more complete picture of each opportunity, and complete a job-specific, four-question Quick Apply in less than 60 seconds without creating an account.

A travel assignment can shape where a clinician lives, what they earn, and the facility and team they join for the next several months. Yet searching online often begins with little more than rigid filters, a location, and a weekly rate, leaving clinicians to piece together the rest.

Today, Advantis Medical is launching the largest website and Job Center transformation in company history. Built around the clinician, the new experience helps travel nurses, therapists, and other allied health professionals find relevant opportunities faster, understand more before applying, and move from interest to action with fewer barriers.

Advantis calls its clinician-first service promise the Gold Standard. It is reflected in more than 700 five-star reviews and a No. 2 ranking for nurse employee experience among large healthcare organizations in MIT Sloan’s Nursing Satisfaction Index. The new experience brings that promise to the beginning of the clinician journey:

Find Faster
Search in everyday language, keep filters within reach, and sort jobs by real distance.
Decide with Confidence
See pay, hiring activity, affordability, licensing, and facility context closer to the decision.
Apply Sooner

This is not one new feature or one redesigned page. It is a connected research and job-search experience that moves clinicians from a question to a relevant job, from that job to a better-informed decision, and from that decision to action with fewer barriers.

When Advantis set the bar for this project, it did not benchmark only against other staffing websites. The team studied leading consumer marketplaces outside healthcare staffing, including Realtor.com for conversational search and Zillow for the broader context surrounding a listing. The goal was not to imitate those products, but to apply the same consumer expectation: make consequential choices easier to search, compare, and understand. Advantis then added what travel clinicians specifically need: pay drawn from open Advantis contracts, travel-specific licensing and affordability context, and facility intelligence built around the assignment.

“The next era of travel healthcare will be defined by who makes the clinician’s decision easier, clearer, and more human. We built the technology the way we build relationships: around the clinician. It answers the questions that can be answered instantly: pay, market, distance, and facility context, so travelers can focus on choosing the right opportunity. The Gold Standard should be visible from the very first search.”

– Steve Belcher, President, Advantis Medical

Search in Your Own Words, and Keep the Right Tools Within Reach

According to Advantis site analytics, roughly 80% of Advantis job searches happen on a smartphone, often between shifts, during a break, or at the end of a long night. The new Job Center was designed for exactly that moment: fast enough to use quickly, clear enough to understand at a glance, and flexible enough to support both conversational search and precise filtering.

Search by radius — enter any city or ZIP code and jobs automatically sort by proximity, with exact mileage shown on each job card.

Type how you talk.

A clinician can enter a complete request such as “ER jobs in California over $2,000,” and the AI-assisted search translates that intent into visible category, specialty, location, shift, and pay filters connected to matching assignments. The clinician can see what the search understood, adjust any filter, and remain in control of the results.

Or build it your way, and keep it.

For clinicians who know exactly what they want, the re-engineered sticky search keeps category, specialty, state, city or ZIP, sorting, additional filters, and saved jobs within reach as they browse. There is no need to return to the top of a long results page just to change one preference.

Location that actually means location.

Clinicians can enter a city or ZIP code, sort every job by proximity, and see the exact mileage on each job card once a location is entered. A clinician searching near Phoenix sees Phoenix-area assignments first, not every opening across Arizona in arbitrary order.

See the Market Behind Every Job

Finding an open job is only the beginning. Clinicians also need to understand the pay, location, facility, and market surrounding an assignment before deciding whether it is right for them.

Beneath the listings on major Advantis job-search pages, clinicians can now see the market surrounding the opportunity: current open Advantis contract pay, median and top rates, pay distribution, jobs added and filled, time active, affordability, state tax considerations, licensing and compact status, workforce demand, and the facilities hiring in the selected market.

The experience is organized around the questions clinicians are already trying to answer:

  • What can I earn? Review current weekly contract pay, ranges, distributions, and comparisons by specialty or location.
  • How quickly is the market moving? See open jobs, recently added and filled assignments, and typical time active.
  • How far will the pay go? Consider housing, affordability, state tax treatment, and estimated value after typical rent.
  • How quickly can I start? Understand licensing, compact status, endorsement considerations, and market demand.
  • Where might I work? Review facility context such as hospital size, trauma designation, Magnet recognition, teaching status, specialties hiring, and the assignment environment where verified.

The experience combines current Advantis contract data with carefully sourced housing, licensing, workforce, tax, and facility information, helping maintain consistent definitions and market context across the website. Displayed values change as contract inventory changes.

“This was the most ambitious website and Job Center project our marketing team has ever undertaken, and I could not be prouder of the talent, dedication, and passion they brought to every detail. We challenged every extra click, unnecessary step, and barrier. Clinicians can now apply in less than 60 seconds without creating an account. We chose to invest directly in making their experience faster, clearer, and more seamless because our ambition is to make Advantis the destination travel nurses, therapists, and allied health professionals choose first.”

Complete Quick Apply Without Creating an Account

One principle guided the application experience from the beginning: remove every unnecessary barrier between a clinician and the right opportunity.

No account required.

Travelers do not have to create a login just to apply. They can also heart jobs, build a shortlist, and return to review saved options without being forced through an account wall first.

Four questions. One streamlined step.

Every new job card includes Quick Apply. A clinician can complete a job-specific, four-question Quick Apply directly from the search results in less than 60 seconds. The selected opportunity stays attached, replacing a long, disconnected form with a faster path from interest to action.

Not ready yet? No dead ends.

A clinician can save the opportunity, ask a question about the job, set an alert for that assignment or a similar one, or continue into nearby and related openings. The experience supports different levels of readiness instead of treating an immediate application as the only useful next step.

Individual job pages have also been rebuilt around the moment of decision. Weekly pay and market comparison, job status, requirements, facility context, similar assignments, licensing resources, frequently asked questions, and a persistent application path now work together on one page.

A Connected Destination for the Entire Traveler Journey

The new Job Center is the center of the release, but the larger investment is a connected research and job-search experience. Advantis Medical works with very few external job boards by design. Rather than relying heavily on third parties to create the first clinician interaction, the company has invested in making its own website useful from the first salary question through the final job decision.

Salary and Assignment Intelligence, from national to local.

The new Salary and Assignment Intelligence Network creates a national-to-local research journey built around the number travel clinicians actually evaluate: weekly contract pay.

The national experience begins with an interactive map that lets clinicians explore median weekly pay across states and continue into detailed state, city, and specialty pages. Interactive charts show current ranges, pay bands, and the distribution of open Advantis contracts. Local comparisons place compensation alongside rent, affordability, state tax treatment, licensing, compact status, and workforce demand.

Every layer connects back to relevant open assignments. A traveler can move from a national salary question to a state, city, specialty, facility, and current job without starting the search over.

The interactive national map connects one salary hub to more than 63 salary pages by state, city, and specialty.

More local ways to find the right opportunity.

City job-search coverage more than doubles from 14 to 30 markets, creating more direct local entry points for high-intent searches. A dedicated Therapy job-search hub gives physical therapy and other therapy clinicians a clearer starting point instead of routing them through a broader Allied category. Facility, specialty, state, city, salary, and licensing pages now connect more logically to one another and to the jobs they support.

Clinician articles now lead somewhere useful.

More than 200 clinician resources already help travelers research pay, licensing, specialties, destinations, and facilities. The redesigned blog connects those articles to more relevant next steps. Article-aware banners can tailor the message, supporting information, call to action, and destination to the topic a clinician is already reading.

A Texas pay article, for example, can guide a reader toward Texas salary guidance, relevant city markets, and current jobs instead of displaying the same generic promotion on every page.

A stronger direct relationship with clinicians.

Across approximately 700 location pages, more than 100 facility pages, salary guides, licensing resources, and clinician articles, the website now gives travelers more reasons to begin and continue their research with Advantis. That direct experience creates more value for clinicians and gives Advantis a stronger foundation for continuing to improve search, content, and application pathways over time.

The Gold Standard Is Now Built Into the Experience

The largest website and Job Center launch in Advantis Medical history is not simply a visual redesign or a larger collection of pages. It is a long-term investment in giving travel clinicians a faster, clearer, and more useful way to find their next assignment.

The new experience gives clinicians a faster way to find relevant jobs, a clearer view of each opportunity and its surrounding market, and a more seamless path from interest to action.

Search in your own words. See a more complete picture. Complete a job-specific Quick Apply without creating an account.

That promise now begins with the first search and continues through every step that follows.
