Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions, including postoperative care when assigned
- Perform thorough assessments and monitor for changes in condition, escalating concerns promptly
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the interdisciplinary care team
Travel Med Surg Requirements:
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience.
- Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by New Hampshire and national regulatory bodies.
