At the eastern edge of Los Angeles County, Pomona, CA is a freeway crossroads where the 10, 57, 60, and 71 all converge around the Kellogg Interchange. Radiology and rehab assignments scatter across the city and the surrounding Pomona Valley, a large part of it tied to the campuses and commercial districts rather than one center. The city straddles the line between the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire, with Claremont and the Fairplex fairgrounds nearby and Ontario's airport a few minutes east. Metrolink commuter trains run from here toward downtown LA and out to Riverside, giving travelers an alternative to the freeways. Therapy is delivered in the patient's home here: Providence at Home with Compassus – Inland Empire is the home-health arm of Providence's California partnership with Compassus, sending PT, OT, and speech therapists across the Inland Empire and nearby Southern California communities.
