Therapy is delivered in the patient's home here: Providence at Home with Compassus – Inland Empire is the home-health arm of Providence's California partnership with Compassus, sending PT, OT, and speech therapists across the Inland Empire and nearby Southern California communities.

  • In-home OT to rebuild daily-living skills, PT to restore functional mobility, and speech therapy for communication and safe swallowing
  • A caseload built around recovery after hospitalization, usually over several weeks, plus ongoing support for chronic conditions
  • A full home team behind each visit — skilled nursing, therapy, home health aides, social work, and dietitians, coordinated with the patient's physician
