  • LifeWorks Rehab program providing therapy up to seven days a week, structured around a guided recovery plan toward discharge home
  • Short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing, with in-house PT, OT, and speech therapy
  • Caseload spanning post-surgical recovery (hip and knee replacement), stroke, cardiac, fall, and respiratory-illness rehab
  • Complex skilled nursing alongside therapy: wound care, diabetes management, and IV therapy
