CT Techs must have a high school degree or GED. They may pursue an Associate's Degree (AD) with a focus on radiography, diagnostic medical sonography, or nuclear medicine technology. Certification in computed tomography from the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is also necessary.
