FAQs – Travel Physical Therapy Jobs Near Pine Bluff, AR

What productivity and caseload do travel PT jobs expect?
Expectations vary more by setting than by employer. Outpatient clinics may track patients per day, SNFs often use productivity targets, acute care combines visits with discharge planning, and home health may use visit or point systems. Ask for the actual target and ramp-up expectations before accepting.
Will I supervise PTAs on a travel PT assignment?
Frequently, yes. Some facilities pair travel PTs with one or more PTAs, so the role may include plans of care, reassessments, delegation, and supervision in addition to your own caseload. Ask how many PTAs you will supervise and what the state, setting, payer, and facility require.
Does Arkansas accept PT Compact privileges for this contract?
Yes—Arkansas is a PT Compact member, and its privilege stands in for a separate Arkansas license for eligible therapists. The Arkansas jurisprudence examination is required before the initial privilege and each renewal. Therapists seeking full licensure by endorsement submit official license verification and an NPTE score transfer. Visit the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy for current requirements and application steps.

Benefits

  • Day One Benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision & 401(k)
  • Relocation and Travel Reimbursement
  • Dedicated team to help with state licensing & renewals
  • Weekly Direct Deposit
  • $1,000 Referral Bonus + $250 Bonus for Your Referral
