HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a medical and surgical acute-care center serving Gainesville and north central Florida. Its programs include cardiovascular care, oncology, women's services and neurological treatment.

Inpatient imaging includes CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and X-ray, with vascular and interventional radiology available for image-guided treatment.

The DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center uses neurointerventional biplane angiography and offers mechanical thrombectomy, brain aneurysm coiling and cerebral arterial stenting.

The Heart and Vascular Center combines cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories with coronary bypass surgery, valve repair and replacement, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
