This Med Surg travel nurse job in Danville, Illinois, with Advantis Medical is a 13-week Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) contract at OSF - Sacred Heart Medical Center. This role follows a Days shift with a 3x12 schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions, including postoperative care when assigned
  • Perform thorough assessments and monitor for changes in condition, escalating concerns promptly

  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the interdisciplinary care team

  • 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience.
