Explore Buffalo, MO
Situated at the crossroads of the Midwest, Missouri provides allied travel clinicians strong regional mobility and consistent assignment volume. Large medical centers in St. Louis and Kansas City generate a wide range of imaging, therapy, respiratory, and lab roles, while community hospitals across the southern Ozarks offer additional opportunities in smaller, team-focused settings. The state’s varied landscape — from northern plains to rolling forested hills — adds variety to daily routines depending on assignment location. Four-season weather brings change throughout the year, and a reasonable cost of living makes short-term housing accessible across many regions. Allied clinicians are often drawn to Missouri for its reliable mix of high-acuity metro experience and the approachable Midwestern lifestyle between shifts.
