Explore Pendleton, OR

Set at the foot of the Blue Mountains along the Umatilla River, Pendleton, OR is a true Western town in the high desert of northeastern Oregon. X-ray, CT, and rehabilitation clinics here cover a wide ranching-and-wheat region as the main care center for this corner of the state. The Tri-Cities in Washington are about an hour north for bigger needs. Interstate 84 is the main route, running west through the Columbia Gorge toward Portland, about three hours off, and east toward Boise, while US-395 crosses north-south.
