Travel Electrophysiology Tech Requirements:

  • Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Wisconsin and national regulatory bodies.

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee combines complex cardiovascular care with organ transplantation and other hospital specialties. The hospital holds Magnet recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Cardiac care includes surgery, electrophysiology for heart rhythm disorders and treatment of adults with congenital heart disease, with hybrid suites for complex procedures.

Cardiovascular imaging includes three-dimensional echocardiography and cardiac CT, with cardiac MRI and nuclear studies adding assessment of heart structure, function and blood supply.

Transplant programs cover the heart, kidney, liver and pancreas. Patients with advanced heart failure may also receive ventricular assist devices to support heart pumping.

Cancer services include PET/CT, immunotherapy and transplantation using a patient's own stem cells, along with CyberKnife radiosurgery to deliver focused radiation treatment.

Neurologic care addresses stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease, with neurointerventional radiology and inpatient rehabilitation among the available services.
