Responsibilities

  • Perform ordered CT exams across the assigned caseload, including emergent studies when assigned
  • Administer oral and IV contrast per orders and facility protocol, monitoring patients during and after injection
  • Operate CT equipment, selecting approved protocols and applying dose-optimization and ALARA radiation-safety standards
  • Capture diagnostic-quality images and complete reconstructions per protocol, providing finished studies to radiologists

Travel CT Tech Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent CT Tech experience.
  • Must hold all required certifications and licenses as mandated by Florida and national regulatory bodies.

HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Margate provides inpatient care and adult and pediatric emergency services. Part of HCA Healthcare, it is a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center.
