4. House or Townhouse Rentals

A house or townhouse rental can be a perfect rental property for groups of travelers or families that are traveling together. You will have adequate space in this type of rental, but be aware you may have fewer amenities than in an extended-stay hotel, apartment, or condo.

5. RV or Camper

If you own your own camper or RV, there are numerous campgrounds that you can stay in for the duration of your contract. This is a lucrative housing option if you plan on travel nursing for a long time. There are options to hire out the towing of your camper if you don’t own a vehicle big enough to handle the towing. However, this may not be the best option if your travel contract is in the winter months.
